Welcome y’all!!! I’m so excited to begin the Free Spirited CAL with you! First, if you missed the announcement and/or any of the quick details, you can check that out here.
For each release, I will start with the new crochet terms for the week, including an explanation for those that are not as common. If there are no new stitches introduced, you can find the stitch in the week it was released. Once the CAL is finished, I will make a PDF file that will have everything all in one spot. But for now, this is how I’ll go about it. I will do my best to link to videos I think might help you for some of the potentially less common stitches. As a reminder, I am using US Terms.
After the terms, I will present the week’s round with the instructions and photos.
After this week, I will add a link to previous weeks to each new week at the bottom of the post so you won’t have to look too far if you’re looking for another week’s release. Feel free to ask questions if you need…. maybe I should make a FB group? Would that better for question asking and such? Leave me a comment and let me know.
And lastly: please, have FUN! That’s what this one is about. It’s a mystery, it’s spontaneous, it’s hugely outside my norm…challenge yourself but enjoy the journey 🙂 And please, SHARE, SHARE, SHARE! Please share on your favorite social media platform with the hashtag #FreeSpiritedCAL … I’d love to take a peek at y’alls creations!
Without further ado……
